All good things take time

WHEN WILL MY Custom PRODUCTS ARRIVE?

Once your product selection has been paid in full your order will be made that day. You can expect a turnaround time of:

6-8 weeks for Albums to be hand-bound

6-8 weeks for Wall Art Collections

4-6 weeks for your standard frames to be made

4-6 weeks for story boxes and matted prints

and

3-4 weeks for single matted prints

Once your products are ready for delivery I will get in touch to organise a time to deliver them myself to your home or place of work. Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up your artwork from my home in North Ryde, Sydney. If there are any delays in production or delivery I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of the new timeframe.

Please note that during busy times from October through to December my professional lab of choice will assign cut-off dates for Christmas orders. You will be advised of these if purchasing around this time.

I believe that working alongside you from start to finish through the whole process to finally displaying your wall art is part of the exceptional Nicole Paton Photography service therefore I also offer an in-home installation service.
